3.2. The App is intended for use by collectors, enthusiasts, and individuals for legitimate antique identification and research purposes only. Identifications, historical information, and estimated values provided by the App are for informational and reference purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals or authentication.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kensei Craft or Curio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kensei Craft, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing the App using your account.
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your EU Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Your EU Country], and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may submit the dispute for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14.1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
